There are lots of different sneezes. Some people have those dainty little sneezes that make you wonder if they are even really sneezing.
Then there are those who leave no doubt that a sneeze has occurred.
There is also the number of sneezes (my dad ALWAYS sneezed 3 times so it was a waste to say “bless you” before he was done).

When I sneeze… Everyone in the countryside knows it. I inherited the sneeze from my paternal grandmother. LOL.
